Competency Recognition
- Approved on December 26, 2012, to issue fitness certificates for commercial vehicles, equivalent to those issued by Motor Vehicle Inspectors.
Mandatory Testing for Cachar District
- As of June 1, 2022, all commercial vehicles in Cachar district must undergo fitness testing at NIAIMT’s Automated Testing Station (ATS).
